Our association consists of two separate sections - the single-family lot homes, and the townhomes.

Nestled in the heart of Pace, Florida our community offers quick access to shopping and dining options, nature trails, boat launches, parks, schools, and other amenities in the NW Florida area. We are conveniently located near Milton, Navarre, and Pensacola. Our community is only minutes away from white sand beaches, restaurants, and shops. Interstate access close-by makes a quick trip to the National Naval Aviation Museum-- home of the Blue Angels and their annual air shows, as well as other entertainment venues and many historic sites.

This website has been established for the benefit of the owners, offering a quick and efficient way to find information about the community. It is the goal of the Board of Directors to provide the most important information about the association all in one place through this website. Available information includes: details about the association and the Board of Directors, important contact information, as well as meeting dates, newsletters, budgets, meeting minutes, and association dues information.​

​Our association is professionally managed by Etheridge Property Management under the direction of the Board of Directors. Their responsibilities include oversight of day-to-day operations and enforcement of the association’s restrictive covenants.
